The Ritz Carlton Branded Video and Photo Shoot | Traveling Makeup Artist

As a traveling makeup artist, I had the luck of working with The Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay on a branded video and photo shoot for 2 days.

About The Ritz Carlton: The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC is an American multinational company that operates the luxury hotel chain known as The Ritz-Carlton. The company has 108 luxury hotels and resorts in 30 countries and territories with 29,158 rooms, in addition to 46 hotels with 8,755 rooms planned for the future.

Our shoot location was in Half Moon Bay, this hotel is a Forbes 5-star resort that delivers coastal luxury, rejuvenating spa, world-class dining, outdoor adventures, championship golf, and curated activities.

The photos and videos were produced and shot by Liquorice Productions. They are a team of forward-thinking creatives with one common goal, to elevate brands and tell stories. From day one, they’ve always strived to provide nothing but the best for their customers, it’s helped them make the right decisions, win awards for their service, and build a business that’s always innovating. Fashion Shoot with Matt Forma | Los Angeles Makeup Artist

As a Los Angeles makeup artist, I had the luck of working with Matt Forma on a fashion shoot in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. I styled and did hair and makeup for 2 models for on this shoot. We shot these images at one of the FD studios. We created 3-4 looks for each model, including beauty, fashion and lifestyle.

Denver photographer Matt Forma specializes in creating stunning portraits of people and timeless imagery. His work has been published in numerous online and print publications such as 5280 Magazine, Lucy’s Magazine, Jute Magazine, Papercut Magazine, Best Fashion Photos, Arsenic Magazine, and Photo Vogue. He has also worked with various modeling agencies including Ford Models, Next Mgmt, Elite Models, NY Models, nextMODEL, Wolves Mgmt, Stars, and Wilhelmina.

Matt Forma is fun on set, easygoing, and skilled at making clients feel comfortable while helping his subjects look their very best. He’s currently available for commercial work, portfolio updates, headshots, and portraits.

One of the model, Saige Toohey is represented by O Models Agency. She is a fashion influencer and model. O Models is a leading talent agency in Los Angeles California.

Tiger Edge Campaign Photo Shoot | Celebrity Stylist and Makeup Artist

As a celebrity stylist and makeup artist, I had the luck of working with Tiger Edge on their photo shoot campaign in Los Angeles, CA. I styled and did hair and makeup for 3 models for this campaign. We shot these campaign images in a beautiful house location in Culver City during 1 day.

The photo campaign was produced by Stories International. Through the power of storytelling, Stories solves brand marketing challenges by moving the hearts of consumers. Founded in 2011 by the Hakuhodo DY Group, the team has produced over 1,000 campaigns in the past 13 years, including research, strategic planning, branded content, TV commercials, PR, graphics, websites, SNS marketing, events, TV programs, and films from its two offices in Tokyo and Los Angeles. In addition to more than 30 members in Japan and the U.S., we have a network of more than 20 creators and planners, and are a one-stop professional team that handles everything from planning to production to implementation.

L.A. Production Designer | FAMSA TV commercial

A few months ago, I had the pleasure of working as an L.A. production designer with Filmed Imagination and director Amit Gupta on a commercial shoot for our client, FAMSA USA is a subsidiary of GRUPO FAMSA of Monterrey, Mexico. FAMSA USA counts with 24 stores in the United States, located in the states of Texas and Illinois. FAMSA USA specializes in selling household items which include; furniture, mattresses, electronics, computers and appliances.

For this shoot, alongside my duties as an L.A. production designer, I was also in charge of the shopping, pre production, as well as the set direction. Since each of the sets are for the different scenes for the commercial, I needed to ensure the set for each space were appropriately placed in order to represent their stories in the best way possible. My experience in each of these departments, along with my ability to effectively multi-task, served as a key component to communicating with the clients and producers in the best way possible. For example, we transformed an empty space into a living room. During our shoot day we needed to flip the house for 6 different displays. This was no easy task, but we managed to pull it off in a short amount of time.

Despite the hefty load of responsibilities, I thoroughly enjoyed working with FAMSA and Filmed Imagination. They gave me the opportunity to channel my skills, ideas, and creativity in order to help bring Famsa’s vision to life. Filmed Imagination is a full service Film, TV and Commercial Production company based in Los Angeles and New York.
