Fairfield by Marriott x Jesse Palmer | Celebrity Stylist and Groomer

As a celebrity stylist and groomer, I had the luck of working with Fairfield by Marriott and Jesse James Palmer in Los Angeles, CA. I styled and did grooming for Jesse Palmer for this video shoot. Our shoot location was a Fairfield hotel.

Fairfield by Marriott is teaming up with former NCAA college football star quarterback Jesse Palmer to launch The Home Field Advantage Contest, a nationwide search to reward America’s most dedicated college football fans.

Fairfield by Marriott is a franchised economy to midscale hotel brand of Marriott International. Marriott Hotels & Resorts is Marriott International’s brand of full-service hotels and resorts based in Bethesda, Maryland. As of June 30, 2020, there were 582 hotels and resorts with 205,053 rooms operating under the brand, in addition to 160 hotels with 47,765 rooms planned for development

The commercial was produced by Think Jam. Think Jam is a specialist franchise social agency, working between London, Los Angeles and worldwide. They believe in the power of a thriving fandom to drive commerce, break records, and rule the box office.

Jesse James Palmer is a Canadian television personality, sports commentator, and former professional football player who was a quarterback for five seasons in the National Football League in the early 2000s. On May 24, 2007, Palmer announced his retirement from the Canadian Football League to pursue a broadcasting career with Fox. Palmer was cast in 2004 as the bachelor on the fifth season of the reality television series The Bachelor.

As a Los Angeles branded video makeup artist, I had the luck of working with Shark on their Ninja Thirsti commercial shoot in Los Angeles, CA. I styled and did hair / makeup for 2 actors for this commercial shoot. I created a natural / camera ready hair and makeup looks for our actors.

Newport Beach Film Festival | Los Angeles Professional Makeup Artist

As a Los Angeles professional makeup artist, I had the luck of working with Newport Beach Film Festival on their branded video spot in Los Angeles, CA.

The Newport Beach Film Festival is an annual film festival in Newport Beach, California, typically held in late April. In 2022, it was announced that the festival have permanently changed its date to be held in October, as the festival began positioning itself for Oscar season. It seeks to bring to Orange County the best of classic and contemporary filmmaking from around the world. Committed to enlightening the public with a first-class international film program as well as providing a forum for cultural understanding and enriching educational opportunities, the Festival focuses on showcasing a diverse collection of both studio and independent films.

On this branded video shoot I did wardrobe styling as well. The actors brought their personal wardrobe and I selected the best fitting outfit fits for them. Along with organizing all of the looks, I was steaming, pinning, fitting clothes and products to actors to make sure they match the director’s vision. I was also advising on makeup and hairstyling to compliment the actors looks.

I had an amazing time collaborating with Newport Beach Film Festival as a Los Angeles professional makeup artist, I hope to create a long-lasting relationship with them in the future. This was a promotional spot for the non profit Newport Beach Film Festival. It will run before every film screening at he film festival in front of 58,000 attendees in additional to heavy promotion before the festival.

This was the third time that I had a chance of collaborating with a luxury human hair wigs brand called Irresistible Me. As a Los Angeles celebrity hair stylist Irresistible Me wigs have been a huge part of my work, I love using their products on my clients. Follow these care tips to keep in a wonderful condition your hair wigs:

Brush before and after each use starting at the end and moving up in sections towards the base.
Wash only when needed using a gentle sulphate-free shampoo, then let air dry.
Condition the ends with hair oil if needed.
Always wash and use heat protectant prior to styling.

A few of my styling tips:

Heat resistant up to 320F/160C.
Cut, dye and heat style however you’d like.
We do not recommend bleaching your hair extensions as it can compromise the integrity of the hair.

Mr. Thank You – Let It Fly | Celebrity Men’s Groomer

As a Los Angeles celebrity men’s groomer, I had the luck of working with Mr. Thank You on his Let It Fly music video in Downtown LA. The video was produced by AM Producer, a boutique creative and full production agency.

Grooming is important on professional shoots because it helps you present a polished and professional appearance. A well-groomed look shows that you take care of yourself and pay attention to details, which can give potential clients or employers confidence in your abilities and create different looks for you. Additionally, a clean and neat appearance can help you stand out in a crowded field, making you more memorable and recognizable.

On this music video shoot I also used wigs to create different characters. Usually I start with braiding the hair under the wig cap. What you’ll need to put on a wig cap:

Wig cap (that has a good colour match)
Bobby pins (optional)
Hair ties (optional)
Scalp protector spray (optional)

Follow these steps to put on your wig:

Step 2 – Choose Your Wig Cap ( Wig caps are optional and they have their pros and cons, but many wig wearers like to wear a wig cap for the additional comfort and extra security that they provide. )

Step 5 – Secure Your Wig Cap

Step 6 – Put On Your Wig
