As a Los Angeles celebrity makeup artist I had the pleasure of working with JIMMY CHOO on their JK YEONG print and video campaign shoot in Los Angeles, California. ThenWhat was contacted by JIMMY CHOO to hire as a creative agency in Los Angeles to produce their JK YEONG print campaign in Los Angeles, California.

Jimmy Choo is a 21st-century luxury accessories brand, with shoes at its heart, offering an empowered sense of glamour and a playfully daring spirit. The sexy cut, fashionable design, and exceptional Italian craftsmanship struck a chord with a sophisticated clientele, and the first collection enjoyed immediate success. With a goal of creating a global luxury business, Jimmy Choo attracted outside investment and the company embarked on a significant expansion across product categories, channels and geographies.

Korean stylist, creative and influencer YK Jeong collaborated with JIMMY CHOO on an exciting capsule collection, which shows signature Jimmy Choo styles remixed for a bold, brave and fresh perspective.

Personal Stylist and Makeup Artist in LA | Salvation Mountain Photoshoot

As a personal stylist and makeup artist in LA I was working with wedding, lifestyle and portrait photographer Radostina Boseva ( Joy ). Joy’s client, Viki asked her to arrange a shoot for her 18th birthday. Viki then contacted me to take care of her personal wardrobe styling and hair-makeup during our one day photoshoot.

We were shooting on both film and digital, Joy stated: I love to shoot with both film (yeah, the old school film rolls) and digital. The images that you will see here are primarily shoot on film, because I love the colors and the dreamy look.

As a personal stylist and makeup artist in LA, I love to travel for work to beautiful places. For this photo shoot, our location was Salvation Mountain, Salvation Mountain is a hillside visionary environment created by local resident Leonard Knight in the California Desert area of Imperial County, north of Calipatria, northeast of Niland near Slab City, and several miles from the Salton Sea.

From Radostina Boseva about our shoot: One of the most interesting, challenging and fun photoshoots that I did last year, actually happened at the very end on December 30. I flew down to Los Angeles from San Francisco and together with the fantastic fashion stylist and makeup artist Luca Buzas we drove down all the way to Salvation Mountain for this colorful and fun birthday photoshoot. The entire session was photographed on film and I think only film could preserve all those beautiful colors in the California desert.

Professional Makeup Artist in LA | Hollywood Shine Beauty Editorial

As a professional makeup artist in LA, I was working with fashion model/influencer Kenzo Lauren on an editorial beauty shoot in Los Angeles. The fashion shoot entitled Hollywood Shine has been published by Dear Velvet on their online blog. We found Kenzo while I was looking for fashion models in the Los Angeles area. We arranged this photoshoot in several locations in Hollywood, Venice and Santa Monica, launching our first fashion photo collaboration.

Most importantly we were going for a high-end look on this shoot, inspired by the Oscars. From gold makeup to sparkling nails, the looks exuded Hollywood glamour. I managed Kenzo’s makeup and styling for this editorial. Eye makeup speaks volumes about your style and when done right, it has the power to be immensely transformative. So it did for Kenzo. I chose matching cocktail dresses to complete her look for this shoot.

As a makeup artist in LA, I always arrive at fashion shoots with a fully equipped kit of high-quality cosmetics in a wide variety of colors. Highlighter is the ultimate photo-ready secret. In this editorial, I used gold and silver glitter as well for eye shadow. A little glitter liner is a super fun way to add some sparkle to your look.

I recently collaborated with MEI.COM on a fashion shoot for their online luxury shopping platform. As a celebrity makeup artist in Los Angeles, I often collaborate with fashion brands on their online advertising campaigns. I had the luck of working with Instagram celebrity influencer Taylor Tomasi Hill on this campaign. We went for a natural beauty makeup look with wavy hair style.

Our fashion shoot started early in the morning at one of the 5-star luxury hotel suites in Shanghai, China. We had a quick meeting about the beauty makeup style we were going for. Taylor preferred focusing more on wardrobe styling so we wanted to keep her makeup natural. Natural makeup is all about finding the balance between glowing skin and the perfect foundation application.

Makeup Artist For Instagram Influencers In Los Angeles | Stars Exchange

I recently collaborated with Stars Exchange on a photo and video shoot for their brand. As a makeup artist for Instagram influencers in Los Angeles, I often collaborate with brands and agencies on their social media campaigns. Stars Exchange is a Shanghai, China-based influencer agency, they promote models and actors to become celebrities, recently they opened an office in Los Angeles, CA as well.

Our shoot took place in the Hollywood hills surrounded with a beautiful view and luxury homes in Los Angeles, CA. We had a fashion photographer and a behind the scenes video team to capture the upcoming models and influencers in their best looks. On this particular shoot we were going for a Hollywood beauty look. I used Pat McGrath‘s newest eyeshadows and lipsticks. We had multiple instagram influencers on the shoot days to create promotional material for them. I took care not only of their instagram makeup and hair styling, but also their wardrobe. On my latest shoots I had the luck of working with Instagram influencers such as Alena Savostikova, Jess Adams and Eve Lina

As a makeup artist for Instagram influencers living in Los Angeles, my trademark is clean skin, minimal, natural and a no makeup – makeup look. When I do makeup for private clients, celebrities or models, I always look at the person first to see what fits his or her profile so they will feel comfortable in front of the camera and in the spotlight.
