Nerf N Series Commercial | Branded Video Makeup Artist in Los Angeles

As a branded video makeup artist in Los Angeles, I had the luck of working with Nerf on a commercial shoot for 1 day. During this shoot I did hair and makeup for 10 talents. Being a makeup artist in Los Angeles is an exciting and dynamic career that combines creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of brand identity.

As a makeup artist, it’s crucial to align my makeup artistry with the vision of the brand I’m working with. I always need to understand the brand’s identity, whether it’s luxurious, playful, minimalistic, edgy, or bold, and create a makeup look that enhances this message. This means I’m not just creating beautiful makeup but also crafting a look that speaks to the target audience and supports the brand’s narrative. I love working with brands like Nerf because they give me an opportunity for my creative freedom.

Nerf is a toy brand formed by Parker Brothers and currently owned by Hasbro. Most of the toys are a variety of foam-based weaponry, with other Nerf products including balls for sports such as American football, basketball, and baseball. Hasbro, Inc. is an American multinational toy manufacturing and entertainment holding company founded by Henry, Hillel and Herman Hassenfeld and is incorporated and headquartered in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

Wildlife builds interactive experiences and content campaigns for daring partners. Using their expertise in strategy, design, production and technology.

IEEE Photo Shoot | San Diego Makeup Artist

As a San Diego makeup artist, I had the luck of working with IEEE at the San Diego University on a corporate photo shoot for 1 day. We shot corporate headshots of Kathleen A. Kramer. I created a natural hair and makeup look and for wardrobe styling the client requested a business casual outfit.

IEEE and its members inspire a global community to innovate for a better tomorrow through highly cited publications, conferences, technology standards, and professional and educational activities. IEEE is the trusted “voice” for engineering, computing, and technology information around the globe.

I did styling and hair-makeup on our talent, Kathleen. Kathleen A. Kramer is a Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of San Diego, San Diego, CA. She worked to develop new engineering programs as a founding member of the faculty and eventually became the chair of electrical engineering, and then serving as Director of Engineering (2004-2013), providing academic leadership for all of the university’s engineering programs.

The headshots were shot by Peter Adams. Peter is a California based photographer whose work includes portraits and reportage for editorial and corporate clients. His focus on the technology industry has lead him to photograph a wide range of inventors, computer scientists, robots and CEOs. Peter’s background in the technology industry enables him to develop a unique rapport with his subjects and tell stories that communicate complex concepts. Peter is based near Los Angeles in Ojai, California and travels extensively.

Hyundai Mobis Commercial | Branded Video Wardrobe Stylist

As a branded video wardrobe stylist and makeup artist, I had the luck of working with Hyundai Mobis on their commercial shoot in Los Angeles, CA. The video was produced by Tiger House Films. I styled and did hair and makeup for 4 actors for this campaign. We shot this commercial during 2 days at Orbital studios in Downtown Los Angeles.

As a global auto parts vendor, Mobis focuses on autonomous driving, connectivity and electrification to be a leader in the era of smart mobility. Based on three modular auto components (i.e. chassis, cockpit and front-end), they work to make driving safer and easier and also offer service parts that can best serve the purpose.

Their vision is to be a provider of differentiated mobility solutions that combine software and hardware in the upcoming mobility industry. To make this vision a reality, they have expanded their business areas to include smart mobility, UAM and robotics based on their R&D capability and production capacity.

MVE Campaign Photo Shoot | Makeup Artist in Los Angeles

As a makeup artist in Los Angeles, I had the luck of working with MVE in Downtown LA on a campaign photo shoot for 1 day. During this photo shoot I did hair and makeup for 3 models/dancers.

Established in fall of 2024, MVE is founded on the principle of providing elite athletic & athleisure wear for everyone. Owner Dominic Franco started the Dominate brand in May of 2021. Dominate Technique was the first of the brand that focuses on elite technical dance training all around the world. Their products designed to complement your body.

I love working with athleisure brands because I always have a lot of fun styling the wardrobe pieces. For hair and makeup usually I go for a camera / ready natural look.

The Ritz Carlton Branded Video and Photo Shoot | Traveling Makeup Artist

As a traveling makeup artist, I had the luck of working with The Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay on a branded video and photo shoot for 2 days.

The company has 108 luxury hotels and resorts in 30 countries and territories with 29,158 rooms, in addition to 46 hotels with 8,755 rooms planned for the future.

Our shoot location was in Half Moon Bay, this hotel is a Forbes 5-star resort that delivers coastal luxury, rejuvenating spa, world-class dining, outdoor adventures, championship golf, and curated activities.

The photos and videos were produced and shot by Liquorice Productions. They are a team of forward-thinking creatives with one common goal, to elevate brands and tell stories. Fashion Shoot with Matt Forma | Los Angeles Makeup Artist

As a Los Angeles makeup artist, I had the luck of working with Matt Forma on a fashion shoot in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. I styled and did hair and makeup for 2 models for on this shoot. We shot these images at one of the FD studios. We created 3-4 looks for each model, including beauty, fashion and lifestyle.

He has also worked with various modeling agencies including Ford Models, Next Mgmt, Elite Models, NY Models, nextMODEL, Wolves Mgmt, Stars, and Wilhelmina.

Matt Forma is fun on set, easygoing, and skilled at making clients feel comfortable while helping his subjects look their very best. He’s currently available for commercial work, portfolio updates, headshots, and portraits.

One of the model, Saige Toohey is represented by O Models Agency. She is a fashion influencer and model. O Models is a leading talent agency in Los Angeles California.

Tiger Edge Campaign Photo Shoot | Celebrity Stylist and Makeup Artist

As a celebrity stylist and makeup artist, I had the luck of working with Tiger Edge on their photo shoot campaign in Los Angeles, CA. I styled and did hair and makeup for 3 models for this campaign. We shot these campaign images in a beautiful house location in Culver City during 1 day.

McDonald’s Commercial | Advertising Stylist and Makeup Artist

As an advertising stylist and makeup artist, I had the luck of working with McDonald’s in Los Angeles, CA. We were working with 2 celebrities, Randall Park and Hudson Yang.

About Randall Park. Randall Park is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Louis Huang in the ABC sitcom Fresh Off the Boat, for which he was nominated for the Critics’ Choice Television Award for Best Actor in a Comedy Series in 2016

IW Group was the creative agency for this commercial spot. IW Group is a fully integrated marketing communications and experiential marketing agency that focuses on multicultural and multi-generational markets.

McDonald’s Corporation, doing business as McDonald’s, is an American multinational fast food chain, founded in 1940 as a restaurant operated by Richard and Maurice McDonald, in San Bernardino, California, United States.

McDonald’s will be debuting a series of commercials featuring the reunion of “Fresh Off the Boat” stars Randall Park, 50, and Hudson Yang, 20, on Oct. 14, marking the first time the former TV father and son duo have shared the screen since their sitcom concluded its historic six-season run in 2020.

About the commercial: The ads, which also marks Yang’s first TV commercial ever, feature light-hearted banter between him and Park about burgers, showcasing McDonald’s new menu item, Chicken Big Mac.

As a celebrity stylist and groomer, I had the luck of working with Fairfield by Marriott and Jesse James Palmer in Los Angeles, CA. I styled and did grooming for Jesse Palmer for this video shoot. Our shoot location was a Fairfield hotel.

Fairfield by Marriott is teaming up with former NCAA college football star quarterback Jesse Palmer to launch The Home Field Advantage Contest, a nationwide search to reward America’s most dedicated college football fans.

Fairfield by Marriott is a franchised economy to midscale hotel brand of Marriott International. Marriott Hotels & Resorts is Marriott International’s brand of full-service hotels and resorts based in Bethesda, Maryland. As of June 30, 2020, there were 582 hotels and resorts with 205,053 rooms operating under the brand, in addition to 160 hotels with 47,765 rooms planned for development

The commercial was produced by Think Jam. Think Jam is a specialist franchise social agency, working between London, Los Angeles and worldwide. They believe in the power of a thriving fandom to drive commerce, break records, and rule the box office.

Jesse James Palmer is a Canadian television personality, sports commentator, and former professional football player who was a quarterback for five seasons in the National Football League in the early 2000s. On May 24, 2007, Palmer announced his retirement from the Canadian Football League to pursue a broadcasting career with Fox.
