Los Angeles Influencer Wardrobe Stylist | TikTok Commercial

As a Los Angeles influencer wardrobe stylist, I got hired by Tiger House Films to work on a TikTok commercial spot in Downtown LA. We shot in a studio location for 2 days.

About TikTokTikTok, known in China as Douyin, is a video-sharing social networking service owned by Chinese company ByteDance. The social media platform is used to make a variety of short-form videos, from genres like dance, comedy, and education, that have a duration from three seconds to one minute.

This particular series of long and short form social media commercials targets the “30 something” demographic of consumer, showcasing scenes that speak to this group such as cooking, dancing, painting, gaming and fun hobbies for the grown-ups.

The commercial was produced by Tiger House Films. Founded in 2011, Tiger House Films is a dynamic, multi-award-winning full-service commercial and brand film production company headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, working in New York, San Francisco, and nationwide. They have the combined capabilities of an advertising agency, video production company, and post-production house.

Our location was The Urban Jungle Studio, it is a Downtown Los Angeles photo/video space, event venue, and filming space. They created different studio spaces such as pink, jungle, and French Victorian studio.

I had a great time working with Tiger House Films on this TikTok commercial spot as a Los Angeles wardrobe stylist. I hope to create a long-lasting relationship with them in the future. The experience has been a blast, collaborating with Tiger House Films  and iProspect agency on the creative and logistics of each scenario and carrying out each production on time and on budget.

Traveling Sport Stylist | Retro Reverse Adidas NHL Jersey Fashion Show

Traveling Sport Stylist | Retro Reverse Adidas NHL Jersey Fashion Show

As a traveling sport stylist, I had the luck of working with Adidas and NHL on a Retro Reverse fashion show in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Everything old is new with the Adidas Reverse Retro alternate jerseys, a play on all 31 NHL teams’ throwback jerseys with modern twists. This marks the first time every NHL team is included in an alternate jersey rollout, and the collection is a colorful mix of primary and secondary logos, old school and new school striping, and reimagined classics.

As a traveling sport stylist, I was assigned to work on fourteen models, and my goal was to create the perfect looks for each of them so they would look great in the NHL hockey jerseys on the fashion show.

One of the things I love about my job is that it teaches me how to be flexible. Traveling for a job is a prime example of this. I love planning what to bring and checking what I need ahead of the fashion show so that I can come to the location ready to take on the task.

Each jersey was inspired by one worn by the team during a season with some historical significance; the entire design process took about two years. Teams will wear the jerseys multiple times this season, including designated rivalry games.

I had a wonderful time collaborating with Adidas and NHL as a stylist in Las Vegas, I hope to create a long-lasting relationship with them in the future.

Beverly Hills Wardrobe Stylist | 2021 Spring Summer Trend Forecast

Beverly Hills Wardrobe Stylist | 2021 Spring Summer Trend Forecast

As a Beverly Hills wardrobe stylist, I work a lot on TV commercials, adverting and fashion shoots around the world. Being a fashion stylist I constantly follow the latest fashion trends. Keeping up with the latest fashion trends can be tricky, you constantly need to watch out for existing fashion brands, new rising star designers, and spotting the latest trends before anyone else.

Key Fashion Trends from Spring/Summer 2021 Fashion Weeks:
  • Oversized Shoulderpad Boyfriend Jackets
  • Black Face Masks
  • Brushed Florals
  • Head Scarfs
  • Folk Inspired Coats
  • Yellow and Camel Color Styling
  • Sorbet Pastel Tones
  • White Knee High Boots
  • Yellow Bags

Flowers, which signify new beginnings, peppered the runways. Some designers took an all-over approach by mixing florals head-to-toe. SS21 trend brushed florals are on point right now. Exotic Blooms mix off-beat colour combinations on bright grounds with intricate romantic floral motifs then add an exotic twist.

I love to follow designers as a Beverly Hills wardrobe stylist to get inspired. The bolder, the brighter, and the more impactful seems to be the only way forward for spring. Designers certainly aren’t here for wilting daisies; instead, they’re bringing the floral motifs in sunny yellows, on neon tulip dresses, and on gala-worthy ball gowns in shades of pink so incandescent you’ll need shades to look straight at them.

Fashion Week is the ultimate time to spot the newest trends. Fashion Week happens twice a year here in the US in New York City, once in the second week of September, and once in the second week of February. In the first you will catch the newest Spring/Summer trends and in the second you will catch a glimpse of the Fall/Winter top trends.
