State & Liberty Clothing | Wardrobe Stylist in Los Angeles

State & Liberty Clothing | Wardrobe Stylist in Los Angeles

As a wardrobe stylist in Los Angeles, I had the luck of collaborating with State & Liberty Clothing. State & Liberty Clothing is an American clothing e-commerce company that makes and sells athletic fit performance fabric menswear.

My first impression of the shirts is that the fabric is very lightweight and breathable. Their high-quality, wrinkle-resistant fabric is a game-changer, especially in the fashion world. It not only looks great but also makes my job a lot easier. As a professional fashion stylist who styles people for a living, I have to say this brand is incredible and I highly recommend it to anyone.

The fit is truly athletic, it gives a great silhouette to my models and actors. The hidden collar button is simply genius, I always struggle with collars on my shoots, this won’t ever happen again while using State & Liberty dress shirts. The hidden collar button is such a smart feature—definitely helps keep everything looking sharp during shoots.

The clothes are designed to be close fittings to the body, showing off the physique of the body without excess fabric or button pulling. The brand also offers customization which I love since I work with all types of body types. Customization can make such a difference, especially when working with diverse body types. It really allows for a better fit and a more personal touch.

SOLBARI Lifestyle Shoot | Traveling Wardrobe Stylist

SOLBARI Lifestyle Shoot | Traveling Wardrobe Stylist

As a traveling wardrobe stylist, I had the luck of working with Solbari on their photo/video shoot in Los Angeles, CA. I styled, did hair and makeup for one model for this shoot.

Solbari is an Australian company based in Melbourne. At Solbari, Founder & CEO, Johanna Young, knows firsthand the toll that skin cancer and melanoma can take on individuals and their loved ones. After seeing the effects of these illnesses through her work as a volunteer with skin cancer charities, Johanna was motivated to take action.Did you know that 1 in 5 Americans will develop skin cancer by the age of 70 and that more people are diagnosed with skin cancer each year in the U.S. than all other cancers combined? That’s why at Solbari, they’re dedicated to being global leaders in skin cancer research, prevention, detection, and treatment.

The photos and videos was shot by Jessica Linderman. Jessica Linderman is a Videographer & Photographer based in Los Angeles.  Her work ranges from adventure travel, wellness, and brand stories to environmental issues such as climate change.

Jess fell in love with the camera the year she decided take a break from her career in television production and backpack solo across Central America and South East Asia.  That defining trip led to more travels and chasing projects that aligned with her love for travel, adventure, and personal growth.  She now works with brands, organizations, and individuals capturing stunning images and telling meaningful stories.

1862 Collections | Wardrobe stylist and HMUA

1862 Collections | Wardrobe stylist and HMUA

As a wardrobe stylist and HMUA I got a chance to work with 1862 Collections on their campaign shoots in Joshua Tree, California. I had 4 agency models to style and do their hair and makeup. 1862 Collections sells high quality, premium leather jackets. I styled the looks with casual jeans and T-shirts so the products were the campaign’s main focus. The hair and makeup looks were natural and camera ready, to match it with our desert, lifestyle vibe that we were going for. The photo and video campaign launches this autumn and I couldn’t be more excited how it turned out, stay tuned!

Sergio Garcia was our photographer, he is a photographer working from Los Angeles to New York city. His work includes commercial advertising, celebrity, fashion, editorial, and portrait work. He is represented by Exclusive Artists.

1862 Collections’s mother brand is Marai. The idea for MARAI was born after we learned that Switzerland burns tens of thousands of goat and sheepskins from the food industry every year. This has been taking place ever since the regional leather industry came to an end in the 1950s. Fortunately, some of these hides still find their way to G. Neuenschwander Söhne AG in Oberdiessbach, a trader and tanner of hides and furs with a tradition extending back over 150 years. Due to decreased demand, however, the fur trade has been slumbering for several decades: the warehouse is bursting at the seams. If no buyers are found for the hides in the near future, they too will have to be burned.
