Traveling Sport Stylist | Retro Reverse Adidas NHL Jersey Fashion Show

Traveling Sport Stylist | Retro Reverse Adidas NHL Jersey Fashion Show

As a traveling sport stylist, I had the luck of working with Adidas and NHL on a Retro Reverse fashion show in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Everything old is new with the Adidas Reverse Retro alternate jerseys, a play on all 31 NHL teams’ throwback jerseys with modern twists. This marks the first time every NHL team is included in an alternate jersey rollout, and the collection is a colorful mix of primary and secondary logos, old school and new school striping, and reimagined classics.

As a traveling sport stylist, I was assigned to work on fourteen models, and my goal was to create the perfect looks for each of them so they would look great in the NHL hockey jerseys on the fashion show.

One of the things I love about my job is that it teaches me how to be flexible. Traveling for a job is a prime example of this. I love planning what to bring and checking what I need ahead of the fashion show so that I can come to the location ready to take on the task.

Each jersey was inspired by one worn by the team during a season with some historical significance; the entire design process took about two years. Teams will wear the jerseys multiple times this season, including designated rivalry games.

I had a wonderful time collaborating with Adidas and NHL as a stylist in Las Vegas, I hope to create a long-lasting relationship with them in the future.

Women’s Sportswear Stylist in Los Angeles | Napapijri “Future-Positive” Campaign

Women’s Sportswear Stylist in Los Angeles | NapapijriFuture-Positive” Campaign

As a women’s sportswear stylist in Los Angeles, I had the luck working with Napapijri, an Italian premium casual-wear brand owned by VF Corporation. Originally a producer of alpine travel bags, Napapijri now markets upscale apparel for men, women, and children, as well as accessories, footwear, and bags. The Napapijri brand is most widely associated with its Skidoo jacket.

As a commercial production company, Tiger House Films loves to take on challenges, especially when it comes to international fashion commercial clients. We were approached by Zelda Andreoli of Brand Consulting Agency Zelda Zelda to work with Golab Agency and creative director Ced Stefan Pakusevskij of FullScream to be the on the ground production company for the new Napapijri SS19 Fashion Commercial stills and video campaign.

The new campaign for Napapijri produced by Golab Agency and Tiger House Films fashion commercial production company in Los Angeles entitled “Future-Positive”, was the new Spring/Summer 2019 campaign by Napapijri. The Milan based brand has an inclusive approach in this campaign, expressed through the casting of globally diverse and emotionally expressive models. The story artfully mixes adventure, friendship, and romance following the cast as they initiate a new member to the Napapijri Tribe.

Tiger House Films fashion commercial production spanned 2 days with locations all over Los Angeles from the LA River to The Hollywood Hills to Malibu. With a cast of young models from several agencies, the logistical challenges were often present but handled by the on the ground team of producers and stellar crew.

This fashion commercial campaign was the part of the launch of Napapijri’s SS19 Collection, which envisions an unlimited future where different ethnic and diverse inspirations come together to form a collage of aesthetic influences: from Moroccan tapestries to workers’ uniforms, all the way to 1980s’ preppy Miami.

I had an excellent time working with Napapijri, Golab Agency, and Tiger House Films as a women’s sportswear stylist in Los Angeles and hope to create a lasting business relationship with them for the future.

Activewear Wardrobe Stylist in Los Angeles | Higher Line Photoshoot

Activewear Wardrobe Stylist in Los Angeles | Higher Line Photoshoot

As an activewear wardrobe stylist in Los Angeles, I had the luck working with Higher Line, a premium eco-friendly yoga mat company, their mats custom-designed for mindful practice. Made to support the gentlest yoga asana to the most athletic high-intensity bodyweight training.

Being an activewear wardrobe stylist in Los Angeles, I styled Anya Shendrik and Ashok Zaman, the founders of Higher Line, and selected for them multiple wardrobe looks. I advised them which activewear brands will fit them for this photoshoot and communicate with them on trends, clothing styles, colors, and make-up matching to their brand.

Activewear and athleisure are taking over the fashion industry and more and more of us are opting to wear comfortable, stylish women’s fitness clothing as everyday casual wear. When it comes to yoga tops for women, a loose flowing yoga top is the queen. Layered over a stylish sports bra or crop top and vest, a loose yoga top will create effortless style and a cool, casual look. Don’t forget about black leggings/shorts they should be a staple of every woman’s wardrobe.

About Higher Line: With many years of experience between them as practitioners of yoga, fitness, and meditation, Higher Line began as the search for the perfect yoga mat, one that could complement all their practices. A mat that’s durable, easy to clean, and a good choice both for the health of one’s personal practice space as well as the environment as a whole. Their years of experience with substandard mats proved that this is not so easy to find.

I had a great time working with Higher Line as an activewear wardrobe stylist and hope to create a lasting business relationship with them for the future.
