Beauty Influencer Makeup Artist in Los Angeles | FabFitFun Commercial National Campaign Launch

As a beauty influencer makeup artist in Los Angeles, I had the luck of working with FabFitFun team on a 1-day commercial production in Hollywood, CA. I did hair and makeup on Nicole Curtis during this national campaign launch. The hair and makeup direction given by the client was camera-ready.

About FabFitFun: Founded in 2010 by Co-CEOs Daniel and Michael Broukhim and Editor-in-Chief Katie Echevarria Rosen Kitchens. The FabFitFun box includes a selection of full-size products across beauty, fashion, fitness, wellness, home, and tech – delivered each season. In addition to the Box, FabFitFun members receive access to year-round perks including FabFitFunTV, a streaming video service that offers on-demand wellness content.

Nicole Curtis advocates for the preservation and restoration of existing architecture over demolition when feasible. She has rehabbed homes across the US. Her work centers around pre-World War II homes, and her renovation philosophy is to “restore old homes to their former glory” rather than modernization.

The commercial was directed by Columbia Tatone, she is an American film director, writer, producer, and photographer. Known for her dynamic cinematic action and relational, relevant storytelling, she often features unique elements of sci-fi in her work.

Our cinematographer was the incredible Jon Chema, Jon prides himself on strong collaboration, and the ability to work with the elements of a story to find the best look for each project. He cut his teeth in Nashville as part of the music industry. Currently, Jon splits his time between Los Angeles and New York City.

I had a wonderful time working with FabFitFun and Nicole Curtis as a beauty influencer makeup artist, I hope to create a long-lasting relationship with them in the future.

Being a Los Angeles makeup artist, I had the luck of working with Bumble team on a 1-day interview shoot in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. We were shooting real-life couples who met on the Bumble App.

Key Makeup Artist in Los Angeles | Kerrits Photoshoot

Key Makeup Artist in Los Angeles | Kerrits Photoshoot

As a key makeup artist in Los Angeles, I had the luck of working with Kerrits on a 1-day photoshoot production in Twin Peaks, CA. I did hair and makeup on the models during this video production. The hair and makeup direction given by the client was camera ready. We wanted to capture the models natural beauty.

Kerrits is an American lifestyle apparel line. Their mission is to thoughtfully design and responsibly create clothes that let women unbridle their personal style and their power to help horses. They opt for materials and processes that are kind to people and the planet. Then, they donate 1% of proceeds to support equine causes. Their styles help you look and feel your best on an adventure or in the office. Curated pieces made from extraordinarily comfortable, responsibly sourced fabrics become a feel-good wardrobe that outlasts trends and seasons.

When I’m shooting outside, especially when it’s sunny out, the model’s faces are more likely to show up washed out in the pictures. To keep this from happening, I make sure to choose a lip color that is a little brighter/bolder than what I’d normally use on an indoor shoot. Along with blush and lip color, I also frame the model’s faces with bronzer. Doing this will bring a lot more color and warmth to their faces, while simultaneously enhancing all of their best features at the center of their face.

I had a wonderful time working with Kerrits as a key makeup artist, I hope to create a long-lasting relationship with them in the future.
