For When You Get Lost Feature Film | Los Angeles Costume Designer

For When You Get Lost Feature Film | Los Angeles Costume Designer

Being a Los Angeles costume designer means I can work anywhere and at any time. I mostly work on TV commercials, films, branded videos, events and photo shoots around the world. I got a chance to costume design For When You Get Lost, my first feature film.

Summary of the film: In this coming-of-middle-age dark comedy, June Stevenson drags her estranged sisters on a road trip up the Pacific Coast in order to make amends with their difficult father before he dies. Along the way, she distracts herself with picturesque landmarks, craft breweries, and picturesque men in craft breweries, but ultimately she must face the fact that there’s more to her family’s fractures than she thought. Inspired by a real road trip.

We’re thrilled to announce that “For When You Get Lost” will have our WORLD PREMIERE as an official selection of the Austin Film Festival!

Traveling Sport Stylist | Retro Reverse Adidas NHL Jersey Fashion Show

Traveling Sport Stylist | Retro Reverse Adidas NHL Jersey Fashion Show

As a traveling sport stylist, I had the luck of working with Adidas and NHL on a Retro Reverse fashion show in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Everything old is new with the Adidas Reverse Retro alternate jerseys, a play on all 31 NHL teams’ throwback jerseys with modern twists. This marks the first time every NHL team is included in an alternate jersey rollout, and the collection is a colorful mix of primary and secondary logos, old school and new school striping, and reimagined classics.

As a traveling sport stylist, I was assigned to work on fourteen models, and my goal was to create the perfect looks for each of them so they would look great in the NHL hockey jerseys on the fashion show.

One of the things I love about my job is that it teaches me how to be flexible. Traveling for a job is a prime example of this. I love planning what to bring and checking what I need ahead of the fashion show so that I can come to the location ready to take on the task.

Each jersey was inspired by one worn by the team during a season with some historical significance; the entire design process took about two years. Teams will wear the jerseys multiple times this season, including designated rivalry games.

I had a wonderful time collaborating with Adidas and NHL as a stylist in Las Vegas, I hope to create a long-lasting relationship with them in the future.

Wardrobe Stylist in Los Angeles | Bumble Nasdaq Billboard

As a wardrobe stylist in Los Angeles, I’ve had the opportunity to work with the Bumble team on a 1-day interview shoot in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. We were filming 2 couples during this video production who met on Bumble a couple of years ago.

Our shoot was advertised on the Nasdaq billboard in Times Square. Nasdaq originally stood for the National Association of Securities Dealer Automated Quotation system. Nasdaq was founded in 1971. 4 It introduced the world’s first electronic stock market. It provided quotes for Over-the-Counter stocks not listed on other markets. Las Vegas Wardrobe Stylist | Adidas Fashion Show

Las Vegas Wardrobe Stylist | Adidas Fashion Show

Traveling is one of the best parts of my job as a Las Vegas wardrobe stylist, which was where I worked on a fashion show for Adidas. For this, as with every job, my goal was to match the brand identity and create the appropriate looks for the client.

Adidas AG is a multinational corporation, founded and headquartered in Herzogenaurach, Germany, that designs and manufactures shoes, clothing, and accessories. It is the largest sportswear manufacturer in Europe and the second-largest in the world.

As a Las Vegas wardrobe stylist, I was assigned to work on fourteen models, and my goal was to create the perfect looks for each of them so they would look great in the N.H.L. hockey jerseys on the fashion show. When working with a sports brand, the style is pretty straight forward. I love it when I am able to pull off great looks, even when the available items are limited because it allows me to be creative with the colors and shapes of the outfits.

One of the things I love about my job is that it teaches me how to be flexible. Traveling for a job is a prime example of this. I love planning what to bring and checking what I need ahead of the shoot so that I can come to the location ready to take on the task.

Another thing I love about this job is that I get to work closely with brands, most of which I would personally use and recommend. Usually, the producers are very detailed when it comes to the instructions and briefs in regards to the show, and they really appreciate it when you take the time to study the client’s brand identity and ensure that the looks I create suit the brand’s image.
