Personal Stylist Los Angeles | FUPIN Group – MRH Sparotica Groupe Collaboration

As a personal stylist Los Angeles, I had the luck to work with Fupin Group – MRH Sarotica Groupe, MRH SpaRotica Groupé curates an exceptional array of evocative premium fashion brands with longterm survivability that transcends global fashion trends.

We worked with 2 international models from ESEE Model Management. Founded in 2002, ESEE model management is the leading professional model agency in China. ESEE represents a diverse collection of Chinese and foreign models across Asia.

Being a personal stylist, I styled these 2 models and selected for them countless wardrobe looks. I advised them which brands will fit them and communicated with Fupin Group on new fashion trends, clothing styles, colors, and make-up.

Depending on how I’m getting hired by the client, a personal stylist job is not to be confused with a wardrobe stylist job. When I select the clothing for published editorial features, print or television advertising campaigns, music videos, concert performances, and public appearances made by celebrities and models. As a personal stylist, I typically work one-on-one with the client, while when I’m doing wardrobe styling I’m often part of a larger creative team collaborating with a brand, photographer, art director and a video production team to put together a particular look or theme for the specific project.

Los Angeles Fashion Stylist | Alitrip Commercial Spot

As a Los Angeles fashion stylist, I had the luck to work with Alitrip. Alibaba is China’s and by some measures, the world’s biggest online commerce company. Its three main sites: Taobao, Tmall, and Alibaba.com. They have hundreds of millions of users and host millions of merchants and businesses. Alibaba handles more business than any other e-commerce company.

I styled 1 model through multiple wardrobe changes during this video campaign production. The wardrobe direction given from the client and director was casual and lifestyle so I brought many options from ZARA, H&M and Forever21 stores.

Alitrip is dedicated to building the Chinese largest Online-Travel-Service platform. In 2014 they served over 50 million Chinese travelers. As an international component of Alitrip, Alitrip Global provides a cross-border platform for foreign excellent travel agencies to access Chinese outbound travelers.

Deadalum Films hired me directly as a Los Angeles fashion stylist. Founded in 2006, Daedalum Films is a video production company registered in mainland China and Hong Kong, headquartered in Shanghai. They work around the world on projects of all sizes and genres, for clients across all industries. They offer a full range of services from creative concept through post-production of a final video.

I had a wonderful time working with Alitrip and Deadalum Films as a fashion stylist and hope to create a lasting business relationship with them for the future.

Activewear Fashion Stylist | Nurture Digital x NASM Zumba Shoot

As an activewear fashion stylist in Los Angeles, I had the luck to work with Nurture Digital, a creative content agency. Nurture is an ad agency that creates and promotes online video campaigns for brands big and small. NASM is partnering with ZUMBA to extend its network that will explore what it means to be a team.

Nurture Digital hired me for the activewear fashion stylist position on this shoot. Their team produced this 4 days commercial shoot. Nurture is a first-class digital agency. They always exceed expectations when it comes to the final product and are always on time hitting deadlines, no matter how short the turnaround time might be. It was very exciting to collaborate with Nurture Digital on this NASM advertising campaign. I had a couple of days pre-production work to select and prepare all of the talents outfits for the shoot days. I worked in conjunction with the agency and video team to organize the shot list and decide how any outfit changes talents needed in order to capture the concept the client required.

About NASM: Now in their 30th year, the National Academy of Sports Medicine has been world-renowned for the quality of their personal trainers and the scientific rigor of their program. NASM offers a Certified Personal Training program, with 4 learning packages available. And NASM specializations can take your personal training skills to a whole new level.

NASM and ZUMBA Fitness are collaborating on different personal trainer programs. ZUMBA is pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.

I had a wonderful time working with Nurture Digital and NASM as an activewear fashion stylist and hope to create a lasting business relationship with them for the future.

Wardrobe Stylist in Los Angeles | IKARIA Resort Wear Behind the Scenes

As a wardrobe stylist in Los Angeles, I got hired by Tiger House Films production company to work on an international resort wear photo + video campaign. We worked on this shoot for 1 day in Palm Springs, California. I love to work with fashion brands that have high-end taste in their work and ad materials.

We worked with the beautiful Brazilian model Barbara Fialho, who is best known for being associated with Victoria’s Secret for many years. She is a Brazilian fashion model. She was born in the city of Montes Claros, Minas Gerais and started her modeling career at the age of 15. Barbara has graced renowned fashion weeks. She has worked with some of the most prestigious designers, photographers and publications in fashion.

The owner of Ikaria Resort Wear had a clear vision of what she wanted to express with this collection so I had to follow the guidelines and as a wardrobe stylist in Los Angeles, I had to make sure that we capture every single piece of dresses in this spring-summer collection. Since we were shooting in conjunction with photo and video we kept our schedule very tight to capture everything. This collection was inspired by the old Hollywood glamour with a Cuban flair that can be felt throughout the ethereal luxe 100% Silk 20-piece collection, designed to effortlessly transition from beach to dinner to the red carpet.

I had a great time working with Ikaria Resort Wear and Tiger House Films team as a wardrobe stylist and hope to create a lasting business relationship with them for the future.

San Diego Wardrobe Stylist | San Diego Zoo Spring Break Shoot

Being a San Diego wardrobe stylist I had the luck of working with San Diego Zoo on their Spring Break shoot at the Dream Factory Studio. I styled and did hair and makeup for 3 kids during this photo shoot production. I love working with children because of they blunt, funny and imaginative.

As a fashion stylist, I work mostly for advertising agencies, studios, production companies individuals, fashion houses and clothing brands. My main responsibilities include providing fashion advice; choosing and coordinating outfits for the talents/actors/models in photo shoots or actors in television and film, and choosing props and accessories and preparing them for shoots.

Saatchi & Saatchi has grown from a start-up advertising agency in London in 1970 to a global creative communications company with 114 offices in 67 countries and over 6500 employees. Saatchi & Saatchi is part of the Publicis Groupe, the world’s third-largest communications group. They are a full service, integrated communications network and they work with 6 of the top 10 and over half of the top 50 global advertisers. They’re in the business of getting people to fall in love with their clients’ products and services.

Our photographer was Vanessa Stump, she has been a professional photographer in Los Angeles since 2001. She specializes in food, kids and portrait shoots.

The San Diego Zoo is a zoo in Balboa Park, San Diego, California, housing more than 3,500 animals of more than 650 species and subspecies

It was such a pleasure to work with Vanessa Stump, San Diego Zoo and Saatchi & Saatchi on this project and I wish to work with them again on another photo shoot production as a San Diego wardrobe stylist.

As a Los Angeles celebrity makeup artist I had the pleasure of working with JIMMY CHOO on their JK YEONG print and video campaign shoot in Los Angeles, California. ThenWhat was contacted by JIMMY CHOO to hire as a creative agency in Los Angeles to produce their JK YEONG print campaign in Los Angeles, California.

Jimmy Choo is a 21st-century luxury accessories brand, with shoes at its heart, offering an empowered sense of glamour and a playfully daring spirit. The sexy cut, fashionable design, and exceptional Italian craftsmanship struck a chord with a sophisticated clientele, and the first collection enjoyed immediate success. With a goal of creating a global luxury business, Jimmy Choo attracted outside investment and the company embarked on a significant expansion across product categories, channels and geographies.

Korean stylist, creative and influencer YK Jeong collaborated with JIMMY CHOO on an exciting capsule collection, which shows signature Jimmy Choo styles remixed for a bold, brave and fresh perspective.

Los Angeles Fashion Stylist | Editorial Photo Shoot in Hollywood

I would like to share a great experience I had working as a Los Angeles fashion stylist with Tarek Reed fashion photographer. I have already worked with him on a couple of projects, his works are simply outstanding. Tarek Reed is an editorial and commercial photographer, based in Boston, Miami and Los Angeles.

Our model on this editorial photo shoot was Amanda Gullickson who is currently signed up with Wilhelmina Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and NEXT Models Miami.

We worked with Mannfolk PR and Media Playground on this shoot. As a Los Angeles fashion stylist I reached out to them a couple of weeks before our photo shoot day and shared with them our creative concept. Both of these PR companies loved our direction and they were happy to lend to us their exclusive designer pieces for the duration of the shoot. Their brands included Mimi Tran celebrity fashion designer’s pieces.

Wardrobe Stylist Based In Los Angeles I New York Life Insurance Web Commercial

Recently I was hired as a wardrobe stylist by Tiger House Films production company for a New York Life Insurance Web Commercial. This web commercial production had a very fast turnaround and we are happy to say that our workflow with Plan C Agency executed the projects of a very high quality. I had to make sure all the talent had their wardrobe options so I was able to deliver the best to our client on the shoot days. As a wardrobe stylist based in Los Angeles, I was able to communicate with all the talent their wardrobe options very well.

The Tiger House Films production company was approached by Plan C Agency to produce a web commercial production for New York Life Insurance as one of three in a series. This particular web commercial production focuses on cultural diversity through different Asian families celebrating Lunar New Year in their individual households. Tiger House Films commercial production company has teamed with Plan C agency several times in the past to deliver high-quality projects for their clients.

Plan C is a multicultural marketing and communications agency with offices in Los Angeles and New York. Their mission is to guide brands on their path to growth through strategic planning, advertising, traditional & digital media, events, and PR.

As a wardrobe stylist based in Los Angeles, I mostly work on TV commercials, branded videos, and campaigns. I really enjoyed collaborating with the creative team on this New York Life Insurance web commercial.

Los Angeles Wardrobe Stylist | MTailor TV Commercial

Recently I was called in by Aris production house to collaborate on an MTailor branded TV commercial shoot. As a Los Angeles wardrobe stylist, I was hired onto this commercial production as the key wardrobe stylist.

There were 4 actors to style and to make sure their outfits fit perfectly on camera, the director and I collaborated heavily on the concept and mood of the shoot. This TV commercial was shot in 1 day on a location where an airplane was built, dressed and used as set design.

Commercials and branded videos have always been a challenge because the pressure and requirements are very high for demanding brands. As a Los Angeles wardrobe stylist the standards of the industry require that I am extremely detailed and on my game at all times.

MTailor is a custom clothing company that exclusively uses a smartphone app which takes your measurements to create custom shirts, trousers, and suits. The concept of this company is to design perfect fitting custom clothing so this made my job easier, not having to fit each actor (it was already done for me!). All their shirts, suits, jeans, chinos, and tees are made of very high quality materials, the seams are neat and even, the fabric feels durable, and all of the buttons are securely attached.

Styling is one of the most important elements of any fashion brand campaign. It governs how your clothes look in your store and helps to ensure they stand out amongst the sea of similar brands on the market. Every adult male should own a suit—just pay attention to the shade you’ve got.
